Added support for “cooperative scheduling” (Yield_To_Higher operation)

Improvements in Aduino library

Added new functionalities to the version of M2OS for manycores (M2OS-mc) for the architecture Epiphany:
– Sampling ports.
– Clock synchronization.

Epiphany architecture updated with new scripts and documentation.

The first public version of M2OS is available to download.

The architectures supported in this first version are Arduino Uno, STM32F4 and Epiphany.
